The official website for the television anime adapting Haruka Mitsui‘s Douse, Koishite Shimaunda. (Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You.) manga announced pair of additional cast and the ending theme. The television anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2025 on TBS and BS11.
Yuuichirou Umehara (Wind Breaker) and Kaori Nazuka (Boku no Hero Academia) are joining the cast as Tougo Hoshikawa and Minami Shiraishi, respectively.
Pop rock band Marcy is performing the ending theme “Negaigoto.”
Junichi Yamamoto (Fuufu Ijou, Koibito Miman.) helms the anime at Typhoon Graphics. Yuu Murai (Kanojo ga Koushaku-tei ni Itta Riyuu) and Nagisa Nario (Boukensha ni Naritai to Miyako ni Deteitta Musume ga S-Rank ni Natteta) are penning the script and handling the series composition. Shiibaio (Kyokou Suiri Season 2 animation director) is designing the characters and Keiji Inai (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka) is composing the music.
Mitsui began serializing the romance drama manga in Nakayoshi in November 2020. Kodansha published the ninth volume on August 9.
Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in October 2021 and released the eighth digital volume on July 16. The fourth print volume released on September 3
